What is the Zero-Fault Guarantee?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our work. Our Zero-Fault Guarantee means: we guarantee you will pass your moving-out cleaning inspection. Should the Régie or yourself were not entirely satisfied with our service, we will go back and work to make it right at no additional cost to you.
What if something is damaged, are your cleaners insured?
Yes, we have comprehensive coverage against any unforeseen incidents or damages. All of our cleaners are highly trained professionals, but should there be any damages during the cleaning, you can rest assured that WhiteRoomLiga will cover the costs associated with such.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
For regular cleaning, it is not necessary for you to be present, but you're welcome to be if you prefer. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes or businesses and trust us to complete the works to their satisfaction.
For deep cleaning services, we suggest that the client is not at home. That way we can work around all the key areas without disturbing your day.
For the end of tenancy cleaning, all we need is the keys and an empty apartment. We contact you one (1) hour before we are finished so that you can meet us and review the spaces.
